2005 Aloysius Cabernet Sauvignon $45.00
Click Here for Product Details!The 2005 Aloysius offers generous aromas of black berry, plum and cassis on the nose. Polished and beautifully focused tannins mingle on the long expressive finish. With age the Aloysius will continue to reveal more depth and complexity for years to come. If you intend to drink this wine within the first two years the winemaker suggests decanting this wine for at least one hour. Drink from 2009 through 2019. 130 cases. Justin and Liz Wylie have created this wine exclusively for Gonzaga University. Portion of the proceeds will go to benefit future students through the Gonzaga Alumni Scholarship Fund. Limited edition wine.

Click Here for Product Details!SOLD OUT!!! Our rich and wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon is ready to tempt your palate. The flavors captured are full-bodied and dense. The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is a 15-barrel lot blend of Va Piano Estate Vineyard, Seven Hills Vineyard and Pepper Bridge Vineyard. Each year Va Piano Estate vines show more maturity depth and structure, which allows the VP fruit to really show through the wine. Seven Hills fruit showcases more of the elegant side of this wine showing black cherry on the nose and soft round tannins through out the pallet. The Va Piano fruit has more earthiness, dark fruits & cassis. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful balanced wine with wonderful structure and depth. Drink from 2008 through 2015. 370 cases. 91 points by Wine & Spirits (December 2007) "From winemaker Justin Wylie's eight year old plantings in Walla Walla, this youthful wine has a spicy sent of chai and black currants. A dusty, red earth texture grounds the black cherry flavors, giving the wine elegance and poise. It should meld with a little bottle age, then be a good match for braised beef."

The Bruno’s Blend III is a full-bodied red with dense rich flavors of black cherry, plum, black pepper, cassis and a hint of chocolate.
